Cancellation Policy for Services and Classes
If you wish to cancel your booked service or class, please submit a cancellation request by emailing us at fengshui.ruyi@gmail.com. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we advise submitting your request within 12 hours of your booking. If the cancellation is approved, refund process will be initiated.
Return Policy for Services and Classes
If you are dissatisfied with the service or class you received, please contact us at fengshui.ruyi@gmail.com. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a refund or alternative solution.
Your refund will be processed once we have reviewed your case. The method of refund will depend on your original payment method:
For payments made via online bank transfer, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
For payments made via credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on the duration of the credit refund.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, without prior notification or approval from the customer.
